So what’s the secret…well, as with most change or growth, it starts with you…and in this case…your mindset. Basically, the secret to PD that saves you time, money, and energy is by NOT asking, “What knowledge and skills do staff/colleagues need training on.”
Rather, change your mindset and ask, “How can I create opportunities for adult learners to make something?”
Bottom line – adult learners need to be active in the learning process, both mentally and physically.
